What we collect
- Account: your email address and public profile, from Google when you sign in. That is all we ask Google for. If we add another sign-in provider we will name it here first. We never request a follower list, and we cannot read or send your messages.
- Your shelf: the items you add, how you arrange them, your links, and your chosen appearance settings.
- Private fields: what you paid for an item and its condition. These are visible only to you, are never published, and are yours to record or leave blank.
- Verification photos: stored privately and shown only to moderators reviewing them. We also compute a fingerprint of each photo to detect the same image being reused across accounts.
- Serial codes: stored only as a salted one-way hash. We cannot recover the original code from it.
- Usage: anonymized product analytics. IP addresses are anonymized, and we do not record your screen.
What we never do
- Sell or rent your data.
- Show third-party advertising.
- Access your Instagram followers, or post or message on your behalf.
- Reveal your Instagram handle to another user without you accepting.
Who else processes your data
We use a small number of providers to run the service: hosting and database, payment processing, transactional email, product analytics, and error monitoring. Each receives only what it needs for its function. Payment card details go directly to our payment processor — we never see or store them.
Younger users
This hobby has younger collectors in it, so the product is built to collect as little as possible: we do not ask for your location or date of birth, there is no messaging on the platform, and contact between users only happens if both people agree to it. Report and block are available everywhere.
Your rights
You can export your data or delete your account at any time from settings. Deletion removes your profile, shelf, links, and uploads. Backups are rotated, so some copies may persist for a short period before expiring.
Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to correct your data, object to certain processing, or complain to a data protection authority. Contact us and we will help.
Cookies
We use a session cookie to keep you signed in. Analytics are anonymized and used only to understand product usage in aggregate. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
